Neat batteries
I just read this article that I picked up off of the Register. Seems toshiba has come up with a really impressive new technology for batteries that would let a consumer charge a Lithium-Ion battery to 80% in a minute and charge it to full capacity in a few minutes.
I'd love to see that coupled with the ambient light energy harnessing power of the Citzien Eco-drive watches to come up with a "charge as you go" ipod. That would be an invention that I could whole heartedly endorse as "the business".
JL!, how about you go talk to the Steve and Mr. Ives and get them started on that?
