When fate throws you a bone
So, you gotta love it when you're just not having a good day/week/whatever and you're flipping through the radio stations and you catch a random song that you're like "holy crap, no way is this on the radio" because it's one of your favorites songs of years gone by.
I had that happen today. I was flipping through the channels on my way to meet some friends for lunch (I was running 10 minutes early by the way so this is how you know it's fate) and what do I come across (in the first verse none the less) but convoy (iTMS link) by C.W. McCall. Such a good song.

When I was reading the first paragraph and you said, "no way is this on the radio" I was thinking convoy in my head. I got to the bottom of paragraph two and there it was in all of its lowercase glory... The greatest road trip song of all time. Man, I could really go for a little convoy on the radio about now.
